How do you scope a project?

We start with a discovery call to understand what you need, then do a lightweight review of your environment before writing a proposal. The proposal defines exactly what's included, what the deliverables are, and what the engagement costs. Nothing open-ended.

What happens after the project is done?

Every engagement ends with documentation — what was done, why, and how to maintain it. Many clients move to a fractional IT support arrangement after completing a project to keep improvements on track, but that's entirely optional.

Do you offer support after delivery?

Yes — through our fractional IT support model. After a project is complete, some clients choose to bring us on for light ongoing maintenance and advisory support. It's month-to-month, no long-term commitment.
