What we collect
We collect the information you give us directly — your name, email, phone number (if provided), and message when you fill out our contact form; the details you provide when booking a call through our scheduling tool (name, email, and the time you select); and your email address when you sign up for our M365 Health Checklist. We also collect basic, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, general location, device type) through Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your contact and booking details to respond to your enquiry, confirm and remind you of a scheduled call, send the checklist you requested, and — if you don't opt out — occasional emails with tips for running and growing a small business. We use analytics data in aggregate to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. We never sell your information to third parties.
Unsubscribing & deleting your data
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out of the checklist follow-up emails at any time — we'll stop within a few business days. Transactional messages (like a direct reply to your enquiry or a booking confirmation) aren't part of that list. To unsubscribe from a list that doesn't have a working link, or to ask us to delete the information we hold about you, email hello@abysstech.io and we'll take care of it.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technology for basic site analytics (Google Analytics) and to remember your preferences. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though some features may be less convenient.
Third-party services
We share information with a small number of third-party services strictly to run this site and respond to you: Google Analytics for anonymized traffic data, our email provider for sending transactional and opt-in emails, and our scheduling tool for booking calls. Each of these has its own privacy practices governing how it handles data on our behalf.
Data retention & security
We keep contact, booking, and subscriber information only as long as needed to respond to you or maintain our mailing list, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No online service is 100% secure, but we don't store payment information on this site.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, at any time — just email us using the address below.
