Microsoft 365 cleanup and security
Most small teams have been running Microsoft 365 for years without anyone ever going back through it. It works, mostly — but it's carrying years of small decisions nobody meant to make.
The problem
Old employee accounts are still open, months or years after someone left. You're paying for licenses nobody is using anymore. Files are scattered across email attachments, personal drives, and whatever folder happened to be open at the time. And there's no real protection on how people sign in — one leaked password could be all it takes.
What we do
We go through your tenant end to end: close out old accounts, right-size licenses so you're not paying for seats nobody uses, turn on two-step sign-in for everyone, organize your shared files into one sensible structure, and set sharing rules that actually make sense for how your team works.
What you get
A cleaner, safer Microsoft 365 setup, plus a short written summary of what changed, why, and what to keep an eye on going forward.
Stop doing the same tasks by hand
Almost every small team has a handful of tasks someone does the exact same way, every single week, because that's just how it's always been done.
The problem
Every week it's the same manual work — setting up a new hire from scratch, copying numbers between spreadsheets for a report, chasing approvals back and forth over email. None of it is hard. It's just repetitive, and it eats time that could go toward actual work.
What we do
We build automations using the Microsoft tools you're already paying for — Power Automate and the rest of Microsoft 365 — so those tasks run themselves instead of taking up someone's afternoon. We start with whatever task is costing your team the most time, then move on from there.
What you get
One less manual task on your team's plate every week, and a written note on how each automation works so it's never a mystery to whoever inherits it next.
One-time projects
Not everything is ongoing. Some things just need to happen once, get done properly, and never need to be thought about again.
The problem
Sometimes it's one big thing that needs to happen once: moving email or files to a new system, setting up a new office or a batch of new laptops, or cleaning up the mess left behind after an IT person leaves. These jobs are disruptive if they go badly, and most small teams only do them once every few years — so there's no in-house playbook for getting them right.
What we do
We scope it, quote it, and do it — email and file migrations, new office or laptop setups, and cleanup after a previous IT provider or employee. Every project has a clear start and end point, with milestones you can track along the way.
What you get
A fixed price agreed before we start, and a finished project with documentation handed over at the end — not an open-ended engagement that drags on.
Light ongoing help
Once things are clean and automated, most teams don't need much — just someone in their corner when a question comes up.
The problem
Not every business needs a full IT department, but questions still come up, small things need changing, and without anyone checking in, the same mess tends to creep back over time — a new hire without the right access, a setting someone changed by accident, a license nobody remembered to cancel.
What we do
We stay on month-to-month to answer questions, make small changes, and keep things tidy. It's not a helpdesk, and it's not a long-term contract — just a straightforward way to keep the ground you've gained.
What you get
Someone to call when something comes up, without paying for a full IT department or signing anything long-term.
How it works
Call
A short, no-pressure call to understand what's going on and what you actually need from us.
Review
We look at your current setup — Microsoft 365, workflows, whatever's relevant — before we recommend anything.
Written plan
A written plan with a fixed price and a clear scope, so there's no surprise once we start.
Do the work
We do the work on the timeline we agreed on, and keep you posted along the way instead of going quiet.
Hand-off
You get a written summary of what changed and how to keep it that way, even if you never talk to us again.
What it costs
Every project gets a fixed quote after a free review. Most one-time cleanups and projects are quoted up front; ongoing help is a flat monthly fee. Nothing starts until you've seen the number and agreed to it.
| Service | What it covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft 365 cleanup | Accounts, licenses, sign-in security, file organization | Fixed quote after a free review |
| Automation | One or more repetitive tasks automated for you | Fixed quote after a free review |
| One-time project | Migrations, office setups, laptop rollouts, cleanups | Fixed quote after a free review |
| Ongoing help | Month-to-month questions, small changes, upkeep | Flat monthly fee |
Exact pricing depends on team size and current setup — book a call for a number specific to you.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to switch from Microsoft?
No. We work with the Microsoft 365 you already have — cleaning it up, securing it, and getting more out of it. We're not trying to sell you a migration to a different platform or a new set of tools you'll have to relearn.
Will this disrupt my team?
Most of the cleanup and automation work happens in the background without anyone noticing. Anything that changes how people sign in or work day-to-day — like turning on two-step sign-in — is scheduled ahead of time and explained in plain language before it happens, not after.
Do you work remotely?
Yes, almost all of this can be done remotely. If a project needs hands-on work — a new office, new laptops — we can also work on-site.
Who owns the setup?
You do. Every account, license, and configuration is set up in your company's name, not ours. Nothing is tied to us after the work is done.
What if something breaks later?
You get written documentation for everything we do, so any IT person can pick it up from there. If you'd rather have someone keep an eye on things, that's exactly what light ongoing help is for.
Do you require a contract?
No. Projects are fixed-price and one-time. Ongoing help is month-to-month, and you can stop whenever it no longer makes sense for you.
